3pattiok Pakistan Gaming Platform

By accessing, registering on, or using 3pattiok in any capacity — whether placing bets, playing slot or card games, depositing funds, or simply browsing the platform — you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using 3pattiok immediately and close your account if one exists.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 3pattiok. They apply to all interactions with the 3pattiok platform, including but not limited to the website, any mobile-optimised interface, and all customer support channels. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.

To register and play on 3pattiok, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a company or automated entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, or officer of 3pattiok, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participating in online gaming is unlawful.

3pattiok reserves the right to request valid identification documents at any stage to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account suspension until verification is complete, and may result in permanent closure.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. All funds deposited into such an account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, after deducting any amounts representing winnings that resulted from gameplay — winnings from a minor's account will not be paid out under any circumstances.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on 3pattiok. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. If 3pattiok detects duplicate accounts linked to the same person, device, payment method, or IP address, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.

When registering on 3pattiok, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly. 3pattiok cannot be held responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated information.

Your 3pattiok account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. You must choose a password that is not easily guessable and is different from passwords used on other platforms. 3pattiok will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to require your password is fraudulent — report it immediately to our support team.

3pattiok reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or in a manner that is harmful to other players or the platform's integrity.

3pattiok accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks on the Visa or Mastercard networks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 3pattiok does not currently accept deposits in any foreign currency.

All funds you deposit into your 3pattiok account must come from a payment source that is legitimately registered in your name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to another person — even a family member — is strictly prohibited. If 3pattiok identifies a deposit from a third-party payment source, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your 3pattiok wallet promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider. While most deposits are instant, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your bank or mobile wallet provider. 3pattiok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

3pattiok does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawals from 3pattiok are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to the verified account holder. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require additional verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 3pattiok is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on single withdrawals, though very large withdrawal amounts may require additional identity verification before processing. 3pattiok does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank IBFT transfer: Typically within 2–4 business hours; may be longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

3pattiok reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. During any such review, the withdrawal may be placed on hold. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is being reviewed and informed of the information required to resolve the hold.

All bets placed on 3pattiok are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being played. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface and should be read before placing any bet. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a specific game rule, the specific game rule takes precedence for that game only.

Bets are confirmed at the odds or stake displayed at the time the bet is accepted. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 3pattiok will not cancel or reverse a bet on the player's request after confirmation, except in circumstances where 3pattiok determines that the odds or game outcome resulted from a manifest technical error.

3pattiok reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The odds or payout offered were the result of a technical error or manifest mistake.
• The event was decided by circumstances outside the normal conduct of the sport or game.
• There is evidence that the player had knowledge of a predetermined or corrupt outcome.
• The bet breached any applicable game rule or these Terms and Conditions.

In-play betting markets on 3pattiok may be suspended at any point during a live event at the platform's discretion. Bets accepted before a suspension takes effect remain valid unless voided under the conditions above. 3pattiok is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing an in-play bet before market suspension.

3pattiok offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. These general terms apply in addition to any specific bonus terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players genuinely using the 3pattiok platform for entertainment purposes. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through structured betting patterns, arbitrage, or other strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended.

Key principles that apply to all 3pattiok bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly.
• 3pattiok reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time where we have evidence of abuse or where the offer was made in error.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

3pattiok is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3pattiok and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially being reported to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the 3pattiok platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such error must be reported to 3pattiok support immediately upon discovery.
• Attempting to launder funds through the 3pattiok platform.
• Placing bets with knowledge of corrupted or predetermined event outcomes (match-fixing).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.

3pattiok employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor gameplay patterns, transaction behaviour, and account activity. These systems operate continuously and any flagged activity will be reviewed by our compliance team. Players subject to a fair play investigation will be notified where doing so does not compromise the integrity of the investigation.

3pattiok is fully committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment, never a financial obligation or a means to resolve personal or financial difficulties. Our responsible gaming tools are built directly into the 3pattiok platform and are available to every player from their account settings at all times.

The responsible gaming tools available on 3pattiok include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 3pattiok account.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for a single gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic notifications during a gaming session showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from 3pattiok for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which your account will be inaccessible.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 3pattiok. This option is irreversible and will prevent you from creating a new account. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion.

In summary, 3pattiok collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access is restricted to authorised 3pattiok personnel only.

All content on the 3pattiok platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, sound files, and interface design — is the property of 3pattiok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 3pattiok platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any 3pattiok content without prior written permission from 3pattiok. Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of any content from 3pattiok is strictly prohibited.

You may close your 3pattiok account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time.

3pattiok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• The account holder is found to be a minor.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• 3pattiok is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

In cases of account closure due to proven breach of these Terms and Conditions, 3pattiok reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as compensation for losses suffered as a result of the breach.

3pattiok may update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 3pattiok will notify registered players by email or via a notification within the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or to protect the platform's integrity.

Your continued use of 3pattiok after updated Terms and Conditions have been published on this page constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of 3pattiok, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally and promptly.
